Botox treatments don't require any downtime, but you should follow these instructions to ensure optimal results:
- Avoid strenuous activity or exercise 48 hours after your treatment.
- Don't pick, rub, or touch the area where you've received Botox.
- Avoid areas with high heat, such as saunas, hot tubs, and steam rooms.
- Stay in an upright position for at least 4 hours.
- Don't consume alcohol or smoke cigarettes.
